I'm Erisa. I grew these SL14 and SL28 cherries high up in the extreme altitudes of the Rwenzori Mountains. We carefully sun-dried this harvest ourselves on raised beds. By choosing a medium roast, we've preserved the bright grapefruit acidity and sweet strawberry notes that our mountain is famous for. It's vibrant, incredibly complex, and finished with a smooth caramel sweetness.
